Steve McElwain '92 in Japan06/10/2001 Former SMC Steve McElwain is working for Ernst & Young in their Asia Pacific Financial Solutions practice in Tokyo. Prior to his recent move Steve spent 5 months in Bangkok, Thailand successfully overseeing the resolution of $13 Billion of non-performing assets. Steve will be advising and brokering non-performing loan transactions for Japanese Banks and Insurance companies. This opportunity should last several years. After the last 22 years living in Arizona, Steve has made the big move but still misses the Arizona sunsets and all the Gamma Delta brothers. Always interested in the future of Gamma Delta and Pika he is looking for ways to help contribute to the fraternity that has given him the tools to be successful in business. |
