John Clark selected for George L. Willcox Leadership Award11/17/2000 Current Gamma Delta Vice President (IMC), John Clark has been awarded the 1st George L. Willcox Leadership Award this past semester. John (JC) was the overwhelming vote getter from the recent 50 man pledge class as " the individual who was the most instrumental in my joining Pi Kappa Alpha". JC put his heart and sole into this past Rush Week along with many other actives which resulted with an outstanding pledge class this fall. Brother Willcox a 1966 initiate established this Scholarship to provide additional incentive to chapter members during Rush. Obviously this has been successful. The Scholarship award comes with a ckeck for $500. JC just returned from the Rockies Regional Conference held November 3-5 and was successful in having Gamma Delta selected to host the 2001 Rocies Regional Conference in Tucson next October. Well done JC! |
