Randolph Shingler joins President's Council --6 Gamma Delta Alums10/08/2008 Brother Randolph Shingler '01 is the most recent to join The President's Council and that now makes g Gamma Delta alums. Eric Baker '81 Danny Berger '99, Kevin Borland '87, Bram Govaars '66 and Loyd Wilbur '66. The President's Council consists of members that have committed to support PKA's overall activities by donating to The Pi Kappa Alpha Educational Foundation at a donor level of $1,000 or more on an unrestricted and tax-deductible basis. This support is critical to keeping PKA at the top of the fraternity world and will help in efforts to have Gamma Delta return to the U of A.
