Loyd Wilbur '66 Named New England Regional President11/09/2005 It was not a surprise to the many PKA's around the country that Gamma Delta Brother Loyd Wilbur '66 was just named New England Regional President. Loyd had served Pi Kappa Alpha many years as Chapter Advisor of the Vermont Chapter and has been a very frequent attendee of Conventions, Conferences, Leadership Summits and Volunteer Forums. |
